Yoga Classes at Into the Blue in January with Emilie from France
This January, Into the Blue is delighted to welcome Emilie, a yoga teacher from France, who will be guiding daily yoga classes in our jungle shala in Unakuruwa, Sri Lanka.
Emilie’s yoga journey began in India, where the practice deeply transformed her life. There, she discovered that yoga is not only about movement on the mat, but a way of living with awareness, simplicity, and care. This philosophy is at the heart of every class she teaches.
Daily Yin & Active Vinyasa Yoga Classes
Throughout the month of January, Emilie will be teaching Yin Yoga and Active Vinyasa Yoga classes at Into the Blue. Her classes are accessible to all levels and invite students to move mindfully, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves.
Yin Yoga focuses on slow, deep stretches to release tension and calm the nervous system
Active Vinyasa offers a more dynamic flow, building strength, mobility, and presence
Classes take place every morning from 8–9am, making it the perfect way to start your day surrounded by nature.
