Yoga in the Jungle by the Ocean — All Season Long

At Into the Blue, yoga is part of everyday life.

Whether you are staying with us for a few nights, spending the season in southern Sri Lanka, or simply passing through for the day, our yoga classes are open throughout the seasons, including the quieter months.

There is something incredibly special about practicing yoga here during slower times of the year.

The shala becomes peaceful and intimate. The mornings are softer. The jungle is alive with sounds of birds and ocean breeze. And after class, there is space to truly slow down.

Our sessions are designed for all levels and focus on:

  • mindful movement

  • breath and grounding

  • flexibility and strength

  • relaxation and nervous system reset

  • connection with nature and self

Guests can join daily classes during their stay, and drop-ins are always welcome depending on the schedule.

After yoga, many people stay to enjoy:

  • healthy breakfasts and coffee in the summer months and access to a self catering kitchen in the quieter months

  • surf sessions nearby

  • beach walks to Silent Beach

  • peaceful time in the garden

Even during the quiet season, our yoga space stays active, welcoming travelers, locals, surfers, remote workers, and anyone looking for a moment to reconnect.
