Meet Giulia — Our Guest Yoga Teacher at Into the Blue This November
We’re delighted to welcome Giulia to Into the Blue this November for a month of inspiring yoga in Unakuruwa, Sri Lanka.
Trained in Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga, with a soft spot for Ashtanga Vinyasa, Giulia brings a beautiful harmony of energising movement and restorative stillness to her classes. Her teaching style blends mindful sequencing, breath awareness, and a grounded approach that welcomes both beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
Passionate about conscious, mindful practice, Giulia invites you to explore the deep connection between body, breath, and awareness — creating space for a personal and intuitive journey on the mat.
Throughout November, Giulia will be teaching:

Join Giulia every day from 8:00–9:00 am in our peaceful jungle yoga shala, surrounded by birdsong and tropical nature.
